SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 working days of receiving it. Please note that any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be posted the following Monday.
We currently use Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class.
By specifying a safe place that you would like your parcel to be left without a signature you are accepting liability if the parcel goes missing. We will not be able to compensate you for this. If you receive notification of an unsuccessful attempted delivery, it is your responsibility to use the details provided to contact the delivery company to re-arrange delivery.
We currently deliver to the UK only but if you require an item to be sent overseas please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for delivery options.
When an order is dispatched internationally (outside of the UK) it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Please allow for these customs delays. These fees are the buyers responsibility. We recommend that you check with your local customs office in advance.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you love your purchase but please contact us if there is a problem. If your item is faulty we will require photographic evidence of the fault. Please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). When returning an item you are responsible for postage costs. We are unable to refund or replace an item damaged or lost in transit so we recommend using a tracked service for your returned item. Please retain proof of postage until you are sure that we have received your parcel. Refunds will be processed only if we deem the item to be faulty and will be refunded by the original payment method.
